Brynn Pearson:

Brynn comes from 4 years with the school district and has been with RMCDC since 2025.  She brings homemade cooking to the classrooms and follows all the Colorado Health and Safety and CAF guidelines.

Rocky Mountain Children’s Discovery partners with the Colorado Food Program.  We post our daily menu outside the kitchen on a whiteboard for parents and children to view.  Weekly menus are posted in all the classrooms.

Infants are fed on their own schedule and introduced to foods as requested by their parents and foods are made in the kitchen.

The Colorado Food Program serves:

  • Infants and children under age 13.
  • Migrant children under age 15.
  • Individuals with disabilities who receive care in a child care center where most participants are under age 18.

For children, participation in CFP:
• Exposes them to new, healthy foods.
• Provides healthy meals so they can learn, thrive, and be curious about the world around them.
• Supports their social skills and language development during meal time.
