ECHO Screening Services:  All children are entitled to a Child Development Screening services (including vision, hearing, dental, health, social-emotional, cognitive and language). Referrals will be given to families seeking specialized services including translation services for families to access program information in their home language. If families are applying for any child under 4 years of age for the UPK scholarships, children must be screened by ECHO or by someone secured and trained through ECHO by using Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2)
